Associates Degree in General Studies from Suffolk County Community College with a 3.5 GPA, honors, completed in 12/2011. Currently am a Junior at Stony Brook University double majoring in English Language and Literature and Philosophy.
Experience
I have been freelance writing tutoring for two years. I worked at Suny Suffolk as a student writing tutor for one semester, and plan on returning once I complete my Bachelor's degree. I graduated high school with a 97.5 GPA. I scored a 1500 on the SAT. At Suny Suffolk I took courses which include English 101, English 102, Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, and Literary Journalism and have received an A in all of these courses. The reason I love being a writing tutor is because of my love to write and my love to help people. I have loved to write ever since I learned how to in elementary school, and I love to be able to give students the confidence and skill that's needed to make their work the best it can be.
